Two one-hour meetings consisting of:

  • Review current dietary habits (through a 7-day diet log),
  • Symptoms questionnaire
  • Review of training schedule to address meal timings / caloric requirements.

Individual Sports Nutrition Consultations $100/hr + GST

A one hour consultation to discuss your current diet and how to improve it for athletic performance. Consultations can discuss topics such as:

  • Training / Exercise Nutrition
  • Meal Timing
  • Cramping
  • Off-Season Nutrition

Follow Up Sports Nutrition Consultations

  • 1 hour - $100 + GST
  • 45 min - $80 + GST
  • 30 miin - $60 +GST

Monthly Food Log Review $60/30 mins + GST

  • Review of your 1 month diet log to identify foods that you can cut back on, eliminate, or increase for better health.

Weekly Food Log Review $30/15 mins + GST

  • Review of your 1 week diet log to identify foods that you can cut back on, eliminate, or increase for better health.

Grocery Tours $100/hr + GST

  • Bring a nutritionist along for your next grocery shop and learn how to select foods to improve your health.

NEW Package A: Annual Nutrition Coaching package for Athletes $1050 + GST

  • The Initial Assessment + Program for Athletic Performance (2- 1 hr appointments).
  • Resting Metabolic Rate test.
  • Monthly (12) 45 hr meetings to discuss your changing nutrition needs as your season progresses.
  • Includes on going email support.
