Steven Piper graduated with a Bachelor of Science (honours) degree in Kinesiology from Brock University in 2007. While at Brock, Steven was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for both the Men's and Women's Varsity Hockey Teams and completed a 4th year thesis studying the Degree of Separation in Hockey Players.
In addition, Steve spent three years as a student athletic therapist at Brock University and Ridley College while completing his undergrad degree. He is presently in his third year of a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and is finishing an original research project on the effects of spinal manipulation therapy on lumbar stability at CMCC.
As a Kinesiologist at Absolute Endurance, Steve provides Fitness Assessments with an evidenced-based approach and personal training that employs balance, stability and proper muscle recruitment.
His recent endeavor into the sport of triathlon, after completing a sprint and Olympic distance triathlon, has allowed him to tailor his assessments and training for both endurance and explosive athletes alike.
