The personal trainers at Absolute Endurance will help you get to the next level in fitness!! With a focus on core stability and balance, our trainers work with you on a program to build functional strength and reduce the risk of injury.
At Absolute Endurance we believes core strength and stability are of the utmost importance - utilization of swiss balls, bosu balls, medicine balls, and twist conditioning equipment allows you to work your body as a whole, while allowing for endless creativity in exercise program design.
Whether you are looking to lose body fat, gain muscle muscle, improve flexibility and strength, or improve your performance in sport, we can help. Our trainers will provide you with the education and guidance that you require to reach your goals.
What makes our personal trainers stand out from all the rest? The trainers at AETT have many years of experience with all levels of fitness enthusiasts - Many of our trainers have Kinesiology degrees, are Chiropractic students, Strength and Conditioning Specialists, and certified Endurance Coaches. They use minimal equipment and have a great imagination to keep you interested and motivated! Our trainers also work closely with the health care professionals at Absolute Endurance for injury prevention and rehabilitation. In fact, several of our Chiropractors and Massage Therapists also work as Personal Trainers within our facility.
Personal Training and Sports Conditioning at AETT is available to both members and non-members.
