By now, most of us have competed at least once this season and have had the chance to see if that training plan has been working for us. Hopefully it was a good start to the new season, but was it as great as it could have been? Did you fee like you had enough fuel in the tank to go the distance, or were you left watching the leaders gain more distance on you with each stroke or stride wondering just how they do that?
Are you aware that as your training plan changes, your nutrition plan must change as well? With increased distance and intensity, come increased physical demands on the body and new nutritional requirements. Your eating program should support your training so that you are able to train efficiently and improve your performance. To elicit positive physiological responses your nutrition must support your body's energy needs as they change with varying volume and intensity stressors in your training year. A customized nutrition program leads to improved athletic performance, reduced risk of injury and faster recovery.

Diet Review
Write down what you've been eating for 1 week and bring that along for a 30 minute discussion. We will review the types and timing of your meals to make sure you're fueling your body properly.
$60 for one 30 minute session.
Nutritional Consultation
Have some sports specific nutrition questions you need answered, or an upcoming race or event that you want to make sure you can succeed at? Book a 1 hour nutritional consultation and find out how what and how much you need to consume pre, during and post race.
$100 for one 60 minute session.
Nutritional Needs Assessment
Ready for a complete overhaul? Unsure what foods to fuel your body with day-to-day to support your training plan? Find out if you have any nutrient deficiencies or imbalances in the body with this complete Nutritional Needs Assessment. Includes a full dietary assessment, report of findings, diet and supplement recommendations, as well as a meal plan to ensure you're meeting your nutritional requirements.
$200 for 120 mins (2 60 minute sessions).
