Our holiday hours will be:

December 24th 2011: Open 8am-2pm

December 25th 2011: CLOSED

December 26th 2011: CLOSED

December 27-30th: Open regular business hours

December 31st: Open 8am-2pm

January 1st: Open 9am-12pm for CYCLING CLASS ONLY (sign up required)

Absolute Endurance:
Ride when you want, for as long as you want!

Absolute Endurance offers a complete endurance training facility for triathletes, runners and cyclists alike. Included is a 16 unit power-based computrainer cycling system. Regular training on a computrainer is said to increase your cycling power by 20-30% and your speed by 2 to 4 MPH. Computrainer provides the most interesting indoor bike experience, while setting the industry standard for accuracy, speed and power.

Ride on your own schedule!! We offer instructor-led classes and group rides on our multirider system. However, we also offer you the flexibility to do your own training at any time during our hours of operation:
6am-10pm Monday through Thursday,
6am-9pm Friday,
8am-5pm weekends (opening at 5am Saturdays Dec 1 to May 1).

We invite all NEW Absolute Endurance customers to experience 1 free computrainer ride– to be used by December 31st, 2011.

Open Water Swimming at Cherry Beach

This will take place on Friday mornings at 6am beginning on June 24th (weather permitting).

Triathlete Swim Program at Glendon College - Summer session

Are you looking for a group to swim with this summer? Join the Absolute Endurance Swim Program at Glendon College.

When: Thursdays 8:30-9:30pm through June; 8:00-9:00pm for July and August

Cost: $125+HST June 16th-September 1st.

Program will renew on an annual basis after September 1st.
