Caz spent the first parts of her career in the Design fields, fashion, furniture and interiors, learning how to create exterior environments (that which is outside of us).

After having been a patient of Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture and Physiotherapy for a number of years, Caz has developed an in-depth knowledge of, and a deep fascination for, not only of how the body works, but its potential for healing and growth.......specifically, how our mental and emotional patterns create our physical realities.

In her more recent career, she is focused on creating healthy interior environments (that which is inside of us).
