A. Initial Assessment and Follow Up     $225.00+HST

  • 2 one-hour meetings consisting of:
    • Review of current dietary habits (through a 7-day log)
    • Symptoms questionnaire
  • Your package includes dietary and supplement recommendations, caloric requirements, and a 3-4 day meal plan addressing proper meal timing

 

B. Quarterly Nutrition Coaching Program     $400+HST

  • 2 one-hour meetings consisting of:
    • Review of current dietary habits (through a 7-day log)
    • Symptoms questionnaire
  • 3 thirty-minute follow up consultations done quarterly
    • Consultations can include discussion topics such as immune system support, weight loss, vegetarian/vegan diets, pre- and post-natal nutrition

 

C. Annual Nutrition Coaching Program     $900+HST

  • 2 one-hour meetings consisting of:
    • Review of current dietary habits (through a 7-day log)
    • Symptoms questionnaire
  • 12 thirty-minute follow up consultations done once per month
  • Includes on-going email support

 

D. Follow Up Nutrition Consultations    

  • 60 minutes     $100.00+GST
  • 45 minutes     $80.00+GST
  • 30 minutes     $60.00+GST
    • Consultations can include discussion topics such as immune system support, weight loss, vegetarian/vegan diets, pre- and post-natal nutrition

 

E. Resting Metabolic Rate Testing     $100.00+HST

  • One-time mask purchase required ($50.00, not included in price)
