2nd Anniversary Celebration - WIN A 4 DAY VACATION IN TUCSON, ARIZONA

Absolute Endurance is celebrating our 2nd anniversary with an OPEN HOUSE/CLIENT APPRECIATION DAY on FEBRUARY 13th, rom 10am to 5pm.

Although our open house starts at 10am, a Schedule of vvents will take place from 12 to 5pm. Between 10 and 12 is busy with cycists coming in and out, but all are welcome to come in and visit us, see the activity and have your own workout! 

 RSVP via phone or email (cindylewis600@hotmail.com) for a chance to win a 4 day vacation for two in Tucson, Arizona.

 There will be complimentary athletic and therapeutic demonstrations throughout the day.

 Our fitness and training facility will be open for trial to the public and we welcome you to bring your friends and family along for a day of fun!

 Refreshments will be served.

VO2 Max Demo – Find out how efficiently your body utilizes oxygen and determine your fitness level.

Massage Demo – Are injuries or chronic pain preventing full range of motion or enjoying life?

Nutrition Info - Health is not complete without proper nutrition.  Find out what foods offer you maximum nutrition so you can improve your health and vitality!
