Training Camp in Tucson, Arizona!!!  

April 21 to 25, 2010

 

Join Absolut eEndurance Training and Therapy in Tucson, Arizona! Get out in the sun and log some early miles on the swim, bike, and run to get a head start on your competitors, with some of the best cycling in North America.  Workouts will be catered to all levles of fitness and all levels of racing and include coached workouts and group rides as well as information sessions on swimming, cycling, run technique and race transitions. 

COST: $1350.00

2nd Anniversary Celebration - WIN A 4 DAY VACATION IN TUCSON, ARIZONA

Absolute Endurance is celebrating our 2nd anniversary with an OPEN HOUSE/CLIENT APPRECIATION DAY on FEBRUARY 13th, rom 10am to 5pm.

Although our open house starts at 10am, a Schedule of vvents will take place from 12 to 5pm. Between 10 and 12 is busy with cycists coming in and out, but all are welcome to come in and visit us, see the activity and have your own workout!

 There will be complimentary athletic and therapeutic demonstrations throughout the day.

Marathon Training Workshop

Absolute Endurance will be offering a Marathon Workshop for Can-Fit-Pro & NSCA fitness professionals wishing to provide services to endurance running clients. This workshop will also provide continuing education credits for Can-Fit-Pro & NSCA CSCS certified members.


This comprehensive, hands-on, 8-hour workshop will teach the fundamental principles required to prepare and offer training for an endurance running event. Topics will include:
  • Program Design
  • Biomechanics of Running
  • Daily Marathon Nutrition
  • Race Day Nutrition
  • Injury Prevention
  • Strength Training
You will walk away with the ability to perform run gait assessments, identify biomechanical errors and risk for injury, as well as the knowledge to design a complete marathon-training and nutrition program.  Our workshop offers hands on training tools to help your clients achieve optimal performance and success at their next endurance running event.
Maximum of 20 participants!
  • Our workshop will be run on March 21 in Toronto, Location TBD.
  • Costs: $349 + GST (Feb 22-March 19, 2010). Early bird - $299 + GST (before Feb 21, 2010)

Lake Placid Training Camp

 

Lake Placid Training Weekend

With Absolute Endurance!

June 19 to 21, 2009

Join Absolute Endurance on our Inaugural Training Weekend in Lake Placid. This training camp will be focused towards Ironman and Half Ironman racing. Regardless of which Iron or Half Iron distance race you plan to complete, this training camp will leave you with valuable information and training miles to help you along the way!

Includes:

  • 3 days of training
  • Absolute Endurance coaches and staff available on the course for feedback during workouts
  • Opportunity to bike and run the Lake Placid Ironman course
  • Learn about efficient swim, bike and run techniques to save energy and be a faster athlete
  • Mental training seminar
  • Nutrition for training and race day seminar

COST

  • Absolute Endurance coached athletes: $250 + GST
  • Non-Absolute Endurance coached athletes: $300 + GST

Accommodationsare not included but the camp will be based out of the Courtyard Marriott in Lake Placid. However you are free to book accommodations wherever you would like.

AETT First Anniversary Celebration

In appreciation for all the wonderful support from our patients and community, this day is a tribute to you!

There will be complimentary chiropractic spinal assessments with our new state of the art nervous system scan, as well as massage services throughout the day, as well as refreshments & door prizes.
