Cycling and Bootcamp Class Schedule

Absolute Endurance offers a number of Instructor-Lead classes weekly, as well as several opportunities for group cycling classes without an instructor, but which gives participants an opportunity to ride a real race course. 

As always, cyclists are welcome to come in and ride at ANY time during our open hours.  We do not restrict people to riding in scheduled class times, in fact we encoursage you to come in anytime and do your own specific workout.

 

Instructor-Lead Cycling Class Schedule:

Tuesday 6am-7:30am - Technique and Power Intervals
Tuesday 7pm-8:30pm - Technique and Power Intervals

Thursday 6am-7:30am - Technique and Strength Intervals
Thursday 7pm-8:30pm - Technique and Strength Intervals

 

Group Rides, with opportunity to ride real courses:

Saturday 5am-8am - Course Group Ride
Saturday 8am-11am - Course Group Ride
Saturday 12pm-3pm - Course Group Ride
Sunday 8am-11am - Course Group Ride

 

Group Bootcamp Class Schedule:

Summer schedule:  Monday and Wednesdays 7pm-8:30pm

Fall/Winter schedule: Wednesdays 7pm-8:30pm
