CIRCUIT TRAINING with Nate Bower

Monday nights, 7:30pm to 8:30pm.

Nate Bower is a competitve age-group Duathlete, a national level Boxer, and a personal trainer at Absolute Endurance Training and Therapy. Sign up for his circuit training workout class and he will take you through an intensity filled workout that will leave you no choice but to increase your fitness!

  • 8 week program.
  • $150 members, $200 non-members
  • Price can be pro-rated based on when you start the classes.

CompuTrainer Cycling Group Rides

Cyclists are welcome to come in anytime and ride the compuTrainers. However, we have several group rides scheduled in a week where you will be able to ride alongside others.

Tuesday 6:00am:  Instructor-lead 90 minute cycling workout.

This workout will act to increase your cycling speed and power as you go through a series of pacing drills, intervals, and technique drills during this 90 minute workout.  Workouts are lead by AETT staff and coaches. 

Tuesday 7 pm: Instructor-lead 90 minute cycling workout.

The goal fo this workout is to increase one's ability to produce power on the bike by doing shorter higher intensity intervals.  Workouts will be lead by AETT staff and coaches.

Thursday 6:00am: Instructor-lead 90 minute cycling workout.

This workout will act to increase your cycling speed and power as you go through a series off intervals during this 90 minute workout. Workouts are lead by AETT staff and coaches.

Thursday 7pm: Instructor-lead 90 minute cycling workout.

This workout will act to increase your cycling speed and power as you go through a series off intervals during this 90 minute workout. Workouts are lead by AETT staff and coaches.

Saturday 5am, 8am and 12pm and Sunday 8am workouts.

 Weekend group rides lasting up to 3 hours and even longer in duration! Every athlete has an option to end their ride as early as they would like. These weekend rides are not instructor lead, they are instead group rides using the multirider feature of the CompuTrainer system, whereby a race course or route from arount the world is put up and you ride the course as you would if you were really there. You change your gears as you go uphill or downhill, take the lead of the pack or sit behind another rider and draft if you are close enough. This system simulates outdoor riding as closely as possible while training indoors with power!

  • Cycling Drop-ins are welcome anytime! Drop-ins do not have to be within scheduled class times.
  • Be sure to book your computrainers in advance.
  • Group rates available for pre-booking for groups of 8 or 16 people.

RUN CLUB

Wednesday night at 6pm we offer a free run club for anyone who is interested. Runs last approximately one hour and include suggestion of an intensity workout for those who are interested. This club is open and available for anyone who'd like to join, you do not have to be a member or affiliated with Absolute Endurance in any way. However, we would love it if you would wear some Absolute Endurance gear while you are out there!
