A Moment To Congratulate All of You!
Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 5:06PM I arrived late this morning to Absolute Endurance. 7am and I couldn't get a parking spot. After parking down the block and walking a bit, I walked into a bustling active positive environment full of the most dedicated people I know. YOU. The gym floor was busy and the CompuTrainer class was full. There were a couple of physiotherapy and massage appointments going on as well. February 3rd and all of this. Realizing full well that all of you have busy full and hectic lives, it made me stop and reflect for a moment.
Good for all of you, congrats!
Often we offer advice on cycling, running, nutrition, coaching, strength etc etc. While we are always encouraging and positive to all of the athletes in this sport, we should always take a moment to say congrats. I can think of many folks at at 6am who would never dream of getting up at that time let alone follow a structured program all with the goal of just improving in mind.
After I reflected for a moment I took the time to chat with a few of the people working out. While each one of them had a very different level of fitness and ability they all had one common element. DESIRE TO IMPROVE!
It didn't take me long to remember the main reason why we love what we do so much. YOU. So as you set that alarm clock tonite for 4 something, and set the coffee pot for STRONG, LOL, just remember that on behalf of our entire team here we want to tell you all Congrats and keep up the great work.
See you at AETT soon, I won't be late next time either.

does anyone know any sites that i can find health programs??? in which i can found all health links such as mens health, womens health, general health, skin care, prostate health and much more in competition
Its a matter of usefulness...IF...the system and especially testing programs can NOT take advantage of 8 cores then high end 4 cores will all that will be asked to do the work! a lot of "testing" is done with present programs and especially games...which often tax a system more than most "work" programs. (except CAD/CAM, and some Adobe products) Most modern "programs" cant...yet...take advantage of more than 4 cores. Testing can be "skewed" to fit a desired result, so not all test results or "bench marks" will be the same form tester to tester. For the most part its based in Architecture and the controller.Buy Supplements Online
